Warranty:

 All products sold on ClassicPatio.com or in our showroom are backed by a manufacturer's warranty. Our team at Classic Patio Furniture Inc will assist you in resolving any issues during the warranty period. If you encounter a problem with an item covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please contact our customer service team. We will help facilitate a resolution or put you in touch with the manufacturer for direct assistance. Classic Patio's warranty covers defects in material and workmanship, and we will repair or replace the defective components at our discretion. However, please note that Classic Patio is responsible for the replaced or repaired components only, and not for any shipping, pick-up, or delivery costs. The customer is responsible for disassembling and reassembling the provided components. All warranties are non-transferable and limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Classic Patio shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from product use.

 

Authorized Dealer:

We are an authorized dealer for all the brands we carry. If you experience any warranty-related issues or furniture damage during delivery, we can promptly resolve the issue and assist you in obtaining replacements.

List of Product Types and Warranty Durations:

  • Teak: 2 years
  • Metals: 2 years
  • Woven Products (Synthetic Wicker): 2 years
  • Sunbrella Fabric: 5 years manufacturer's warranty (excluding stitching one year only)
  • Obravia Fabric: 3 years manufacturer's warranty
  • Umbrella Frame/Pole: 1 year manufacturer's warranty
  • Cushions Stitching: 1 year manufacturer's warranty on stitching
  • Commercial Sale: 1 year only

How We Handle Claims:

Depending on the nature of the claim or damage, ClassicPatio.com will resolve the situation using one of the following methods:

Sending replacement parts or hardware components to the customer.

Bringing items to our workshop in Redwood City, CA for repair.

If the item is not repairable, we will replace it with a new item.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear, severe weather conditions, negligence, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

 Exclusions:

  • This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:
  • Improper assembly
  • Modifications made after purchase
  • Intentional damage, accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear, including weathering and checking (checking is a natural process of wood expanding and contracting)
  • Damage directly caused by weather-related conditions
  • Labor costs for replacements
  • Shipping and delivery of the defective item

Custom Cushions:

All sales of non-stock cushions are final and not eligible for return, including those made with the customer's own material, unless there is a manufacturing error.

Commercial Warranty:

All items sold by Classic Patio have a limited warranty of 1 year for commercial use.

Tax Information:

Local city sales tax will be added to all shipments within California. Shipments outside of California are not subject to sales tax.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation arrangements must be made by phone or email with a company representative within 24 hours of placing the order. If a cancellation is requested after 24 hours, we will make our best efforts to accommodate the request and will respond via email. If the ordered item is subject to restocking fees and the order has already been placed or shipped, the restocking fees will apply. Please refer to the item detail page to check if a restocking fee is applicable.

 Cancellation Fee:

Visa/Mastercard: 2.5% of the total purchase price

American Express/Discover: 3.5% of the total purchase price

If you cancel the order after we have shipped the merchandise, you will be responsible for the shipment charges to and from your location.
